This policy explains how Catalist Media Pte. Ltd. ("Catalist Media", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit catalist.media, contact us, or respond to our content and advertising. We follow Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
What we collect
- Details you give us when you contact us by WhatsApp, email, Instagram or a lead form: usually your name, company, phone number, email address and what you want to discuss.
- Details you submit through lead forms on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) in response to our ads.
- Basic technical information collected by our hosting provider and by advertising tools such as the Meta Pixel, including pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss a feature, sponsorship or AI Studio project with you.
- To deliver services you have agreed to buy from us.
- To measure and improve our advertising, including showing relevant ads on Meta platforms.
- To meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell your personal data.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our hosting provider, Google Workspace for email, and Meta for messaging and advertising. Each of them processes data under their own privacy terms. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
Cookies and advertising
This website does not use its own tracking cookies. If we run advertising on Meta platforms, the Meta Pixel may set cookies so that Meta can measure ad performance and show relevant ads. You can control ad personalisation in your Facebook and Instagram settings and block cookies in your browser.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we are in conversation with you and for up to two years after, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Records we must keep by law are kept for the period the law requires.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent for us to contact you, by emailing hello@catalist.media. We will reply within 30 days.
